Kenneth A. Norsworthy
Kenneth A. Norsworthy was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1974 and the Alaska bar in 1977. Ken Norsworthy has practiced in Alaska for over thirty-one years, including four years as a military legal officer. He is licensed in both Alaska and Texas and is a member of the Alaska and Texas Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice (formerly American Association of Trial Lawyers). He has participated as lead counsel and as co-counsel, in numerous cases in state and federal court, in Alaska and other states, and before military courts-martial and administrative boards of review.
Maureen R. Holmes
Maureen is employed full time as the firm's legal assistant and its office administrator. A native of Butte, Montana she moved to Alaska with her husband, Les, in 1997. Maureen has worked in the legal field for the past 26 years and she has a solid background in positions key to assisting attorneys and clients.
Rebecca A. Norsworthy
Ken's wife, Rebecca is a part time research analyst for the firm, where she applies her exceptional skill and training as a journalist, educator and writer to research medical and other forensic issues for the firm in preparing administrative claims and court cases.
